Privacy Policy

1. Information PMW may collect

To provide the service and improve the experience, PMW may collect email addresses, usernames, commander IDs, user preferences, device and usage information, error records, crash logs, and anonymous analytics.

Some real-time services may generate battlefield replays, AI battle reports, chatroom content, and sync data. This content may be temporarily processed or cached to maintain service quality and sync performance.

If users enable trade-related features, PMW may process necessary fund-flow and trade-status data such as orders, fills, cancellations, settlement, claiming, deposits, withdrawals, account status, risk controls, and audit records.

2. Information PMW does not collect

PMW uses a non-custodial design. PMW does not ask for, hold, or custody private keys, seed phrases, full wallet control, passphrases, or full API secrets. The desktop app does not store private keys or seed phrases that could directly control assets.

Never provide your seed phrase or private key to anyone.

3. Wallet security and controlled signing

PMW wallet and signing capability may be provided through third-party wallet infrastructure such as Privy. Trade requests pass PMW backend identity, rule, balance, and status checks before being submitted through Polymarket's official trading flow. PMW does not store private keys in the desktop frontend and does not custody user assets.

4. Third-party services

PMW may use Privy, Polymarket, Supabase, Cloudflare, Fly.io, Vercel, payment services, analytics services, error reporting services, CDN, and relay features. These services may process limited data under their own privacy policies.

5. Email and product notices

By submitting an email address, you agree that PMW may use it to send product updates, test invitations, event notices, and service announcements. PMW does not sell or transfer user email addresses to third parties, and users may unsubscribe from related notices.

6. Cookies and analytics

PMW may use cookies or anonymous analytics tools to improve user experience, analyze website traffic, optimize system stability, and prevent abuse or attacks.

7. Regional limits and safety uses

PMW may restrict access in certain regions due to legal requirements, third-party platform policies, safety controls, or risk management.

8. Data security

PMW takes reasonable technical measures to protect data security, but no transmission or storage method can be guaranteed absolutely secure. Users are responsible for protecting devices, login credentials, wallets, private keys, and seed phrases.

9. Policy updates

PMW reserves the right to update this privacy policy at any time. Continued use of PMW after an update means acceptance of the updated policy.

10. Purposes of data use

PMW uses relevant information to provide and maintain the service, sync live battlefields, generate replays and AI battle reports, send product notices and test invitations, improve user experience, analyze system stability, handle support requests, prevent abuse, and protect platform security.

PMW does not use user data for unrelated purposes and does not sell user emails or personal data.

11. Replays, chatrooms, and public sharing

Some PMW features may encourage users to generate, download, or share replays, battle reports, chatroom snippets, commander names, memes, or other interaction data.

When users actively publish, share, forward, or download that content, it may be viewed, saved, screenshotted, downloaded, or shared again by others. Users should avoid revealing personal data, API keys, wallet information, private keys, seed phrases, or other sensitive information in chatrooms, replays, or public content.

PMW may temporarily process, cache, or store replay and chat-related data for service operation, content display, community management, abuse prevention, and product improvement.

12. Retention, deletion, and unsubscribe

PMW retains relevant data for as long as needed to provide services, maintain data security, comply with laws, resolve disputes, or prevent abuse.

Users may request deletion of product-notice emails or account-related data and may unsubscribe from product notices. Some data may need to be retained for a reasonable period due to security records, system backups, abuse prevention, legal requirements, or third-party platform records.

13. Third-party infrastructure and processing

PMW may use infrastructure providers including but not limited to Supabase, Cloudflare, Fly.io, Vercel, payment services, analytics services, error reporting services, and other providers to support product-notice lists, data sync, site hosting, global relay, CDN, security protection, and system monitoring.

These third-party services may process limited information under their own privacy policies and data processing terms. PMW selects such services according to service needs and reasonable security standards.

14. Minors and regional restrictions

PMW does not intentionally collect data from minors. Users should confirm they have reached the legal age in their location and are legally eligible to use related third-party platforms, wallets, or prediction market information services.

Some features may be unavailable due to local laws, third-party platform policies, or regional restrictions. PMW may limit access in certain regions for compliance or safety reasons.

15. User self-protection

Users should protect their devices, browsers, wallets, API keys, trade authorizations, and login credentials. Do not reveal private keys, seed phrases, full API secrets, or other sensitive information in chatrooms, public replays, screenshots, support messages, or public spaces.

If users enter or connect third-party API keys, wallets, or accounts, PMW should not be treated as the custodian of that account, asset, or trading permission.
