1. About PMW
PolyMiniWar (PMW) is a third-party platform for prediction market visualization, battlefield replays, AI-style battle reports, community interaction, and real-time information sync.
PMW is not a gambling platform, financial institution, investment adviser, exchange, or custody service. Its features are intended for market information display, entertainment, community interaction, replay, and visualization.
2. Third-party platforms
Some PMW features may connect to third-party platforms, including but not limited to Polymarket. PMW is not an official Polymarket product and does not represent, affiliate with, or act on behalf of Polymarket.
Third-party APIs, market rules, regional restrictions, trading results, account limitations, and terms of use are controlled by the relevant third-party platform. Users are responsible for confirming whether their local laws allow use of those services.
3. Non-custodial and controlled-signing design
PMW does not hold, custody, or control user assets, private keys, seed phrases, full wallet control, API secrets, or passphrases. The desktop app does not store private keys or seed phrases that could directly control assets.
PMW uses third-party wallet infrastructure such as Privy to manage wallet and signing capability. Trade requests must pass PMW backend identity, rule, balance, and status checks before being submitted through Polymarket's official trading flow. PMW does not provide managed trading, asset custody, or market operation services.
4. Relay and sync services
To improve network stability and real-time sync across regions, PMW may use relay servers, sync nodes, and API routing systems for data forwarding and network optimization.
These services do not give PMW the ability to create trades, modify orders, control assets, or authorize transactions on behalf of users.
5. Not investment advice
AI battle reports, replays, market information, trend summaries, chatroom content, and visualized data are provided only for entertainment, research, and information sharing. PMW does not provide investment advice, financial advice, guaranteed returns, or promised win rates.
6. Restricted regions
Some PMW features may be unavailable due to local laws, third-party platform policies, or regional restrictions. If your location prohibits use of related services, stop using PMW immediately.
7. User responsibility
Users must not use PMW to violate local laws, bypass regional restrictions, conduct illegal financial activity, launder money, commit fraud, attack platforms, or impersonate others.
8. Limitation of liability
PMW is not responsible for market movement, investment losses, API outages, network latency, replay inaccuracies, third-party platform issues, data sync problems, or user operation mistakes.
9. Privacy and security
PMW values user privacy and security. PMW will not ask users to provide seed phrases, private keys, or full wallet control.
10. Updates to terms
PMW reserves the right to modify features, update terms, limit services, and adjust APIs or systems at any time. Continued use of PMW after an update means acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Early Access and beta services
PMW may currently be in pre-registration, closed beta, public beta, or Early Access. Some features may not be fully available and may be changed, paused, removed, or rebuilt at any time.
During testing, replays, AI battle reports, chatrooms, real-time sync, notifications, and visual effects may be delayed, incorrect, interrupted, or inconsistent. Users understand that beta services are not guaranteed to remain available, uninterrupted, or fully accurate.
12. Market data, prices, and fill-status differences
PMW may display market data from third-party platforms, APIs, relay servers, caches, or sync nodes. This data may differ from the actual market state due to network latency, API limits, third-party status, cache behavior, or sync drift.
Prices, percentages, battle reports, frontline movement, bet status, position estimates, and PnL shown in PMW may differ from actual fills, order books, positions, settlement, or account state on third-party platforms.
All orders, fills, cancellations, non-fills, partial fills, NO FILL events, delayed confirmations, or third-party rejections are ultimately determined by the third-party platform and the user's actual wallet, account, and transaction records. PMW does not guarantee that on-screen display matches real execution results.
13. Chat, replay, and user content
PMW may provide chatrooms, replay sharing, comments, commander names, images, memes, or other user-generated content features. Users are responsible for the content they post, upload, share, or send.
Users must not publish illegal, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, malicious, rights-infringing, personal-data-leaking, private-key-leaking, or sensitive-information-baiting content through PMW.
PMW may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or refuse part of the service for safety, compliance, community management, or service quality reasons.
When sharing replays, AI battle reports, or visualized content, users should understand that the content may include market information, chatroom snippets, usernames, or other interaction data. Users are responsible for ensuring shared content does not infringe third-party rights or violate local laws.
14. Paid features and subscriptions
PMW may provide paid features in the future. Pricing, benefits, limitations, renewal terms, refund policy, and usage conditions will be stated on the relevant page or payment flow at that time.
PMW reserves the right to adjust paid features, prices, supported regions, and service scope. Some paid features may be unavailable in certain regions due to third-party policies, legal restrictions, or technical factors.
15. Eligibility and regional compliance
Users must confirm that they have reached the legal age in their location and are legally eligible to use related third-party platforms, prediction markets, wallets, APIs, or market information services.
If local laws, third-party rules, or related policies prohibit a specific feature, users must stop using that feature immediately. PMW may restrict regions, accounts, or features for compliance, risk control, or third-party policy reasons.
